TPS-E Laser Exposure Machine

TPS-E Laser Exposure Machine is specially designed for screen printing plate making, integrating high-precision laser technology and intelligent motion control system. The maximum exposure format of the equipment is 800mm×1200mm, supporting the needs of multiple industries such as clothing printing and packaging printing, and is compatible with water-based oil-based photosensitive glue and various screen frame materials. The 120-level adjustable exposure power and 4mm real-time dynamic focal depth can penetrate the 1000-micron thick photosensitive coating to meet the stable imaging in complex process scenarios.

The laser array module is equipped with a dual closed-loop X-Y axis motion platform to achieve a maximum scanning speed of 3m/s and a positioning accuracy of ±25μm. The built-in RIP engine of the equipment directly parses PostScript3, PDF and other format files, and the 2540DPI resolution ensures the output of fine patterns. The integrated sealed structure is maintenance-free, the core laser device life exceeds 30,000 hours, and supports single-point replacement to reduce maintenance costs. The film-free process eliminates the proofreading process, completes multi-screen exposure within 8 minutes, and the yield consistency reaches 99.5%.

Based on the military-grade FSS image generation technology, the equipment adapts to different coating energy requirements through a 256-level laser power real-time compensation algorithm. The X-axis scalable rail system is compatible with ultra-large format production, and the freely switchable 847-254000DPI resolution meets the accuracy span from microcircuits to decorative patterns. The modular design supports the customization of screen frame fixtures and the adaptation of plate-making materials, providing exclusive solutions for special industries such as ceramic pad printing and electronic circuit boards.

The core light source adopts a self-developed multi-focus linear array system to ensure that the plane of the photosensitive material and the laser focal plane are completely overlapped. With 20 watts of optical power and a peak movement speed of 6m/s, a single exposure can complete the production of three screens simultaneously. The equipment has strong adaptability to the operating environment, no preheating and cooling device is required, and it can be plug-and-play at a temperature of 15-35°C and a humidity of 30-70%RH.
