CTS-8012M Laser Exposure Machine

The CTS-8012M laser exposure machine is a vertical device specially designed for screen printing plate making in multiple industries. It combines high precision, high power, high speed and high efficiency, and is particularly suitable for clothing printing, packaging printing, label printing, as well as PCB and optoelectronics. The maximum exposure format can reach 800mm x 1200mm, and it supports a bunch of file formats such as TIFF, Gerber, DXF, BMP, etc. It is flexible to use and has wide adaptability.

The equipment uses a semiconductor laser as the light source, equipped with 128 laser modules, and the power is 800W. The scanning speed is as fast as 3m/s, the focal depth can be 4mm, and photosensitive glue with a thickness of up to 1000 microns can be easily penetrated. The highest resolution is 2540 DPI, the minimum line width and line spacing are only 60 microns, and the dimensional accuracy is controlled at ±50 microns, meeting the needs of high-precision plate making.

The laser array is composed of multiple independently controlled modules, which form a linear array through high-precision assembly and calibration. Real-time focusing technology allows the laser plane to accurately overlap with the photosensitive material, and the dual closed-loop X-Y axis motion platform achieves a maximum operating speed of 6m/s. After the image is imported by the computer, the system uses high-speed algorithm compensation to control the laser power and motion trajectory to complete full-frame exposure.

The equipment does not require film processing, eliminating the film calibration step, and the platemaking yield is stable and the positioning is accurate. It is suitable for a variety of photosensitive adhesives such as water-based, oily, and diazo. There are no special requirements for the flatness of the screen frame and the type of mesh. It is easy to install and move, and has low requirements for the operating environment. The core laser has a life of up to 30,000 hours, no attenuation within 10,000 hours, and the sealed structure is maintenance-free. A single damaged module can be replaced separately to reduce the cost of use.

CTS-8012M provides customized services, including personalized design of screen frame fixtures, software and platemaking materials. The compact size is only 26507301690 mm, and the net weight is 900kg, which is convenient for factory layout. The output speed is fast, and the exposure can be completed in less than 2.5 minutes under standard environment. It efficiently supports multi-screen and multi-graphic one-time output, meeting the production needs of large format and high quality.
