CTS-1015M Laser Exposure Machine

The CTS-1015M is a vertical laser exposure machine built for screen printing plate-making. It’s designed for garment printing, packaging, label printing, PCB production, and optoelectronics. The CTS-1015M comes with a laser array of 160 modules. It supports 256 levels of adjustable exposure power, with a max optical power of 20 watts and exposure energy up to 150 mJ/cm². That’s enough to cut through a 1000-micron-thick photosensitive emulsion layer with ease. Plus, its resolution tops out at 2540 DPI. With real-time focusing tech and a max focal depth of 4mm, it nails fine image details and accurate exposure positioning. The scanning speed reaches up to 3m/s, and a single exposure takes less than 5 minutes. That seriously boosts production efficiency.

The CTS-1015M handles file formats like TIFF, Gerber, DXF, and BMP. Its built-in RIP engine can flexibly process complex image data. No need for traditional film processes—it simplifies the workflow and cuts costs. It’s super adaptable, working with water-based or oil-based emulsions, and it doesn’t demand specific frame flatness or mesh types. Its compact size (2920 * 730 * 2050 mm) and easy setup let it fit into all kinds of production spaces. The core laser, with a 30,000-hour lifespan, adds to the machine’s reliability.

The CTS-1015M shines in high-speed X-Y axis motion control and real-time laser array compensation algorithms.
